Raising Awareness
I have a 10 year old son that was diagnosed with ADPKD 8 months ago. His favorite subject is science and wants to do his science fair project on pkd this year. He is really wanting to build some working models of kidneys to demonstrate. If anyone has any ideas on how to do this or has any good sources for his research (other than pkdcure.org) please let me know! This is really important o him. Everyone he speaks to has never even heard of the disease. We live in a small community in Alabama and he is wanting to greatly increase awareness in his own style.
